工作內容 Responsibilities

• 依客戶需求、產能與物料狀況制定每日／每週／每月生產排程 Develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity and material availability
• 分析 BOM、預測與訂單以計算物料需求，並與採購協調電子零件準時到貨 Analyze BOMs, forecasts and customer orders to determine material requirements; work with procurement on timely delivery of electronic components
• 追蹤缺料、過剩與呆滯庫存，分析庫存差異並推動改善 Track shortages, excess and aging inventory; analyze variances and drive corrective actions
• 作為生產、採購、倉儲、品質與工程部門的主要聯繫窗口 Serve as the primary interface between production, purchasing, warehouse, quality and engineering
• 以 ERP/MRP 系統監控準時交貨率與生產 KPI Monitor on-time delivery and maintain production KPIs using ERP/MRP systems

條件 Requirements

• 中英雙語（普通話）優先，非必要 Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred but not required
• 2 年以上電子製造業生產規劃、物料控管或供應鏈經驗 2+ years of experience in production planning, material control or supply chain within electronics manufacturing
• 熟悉 SMT/PCBA 製程與 BOM 結構 Strong understanding of SMT/PCBA processes and BOM structures
• 熟練 ERP/MRP 系統與進階 Excel Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills
• 副學士或學士學位（供應鏈、工業工程、商業等相關科系）或同等經驗 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
