工作內容 Responsibilities

• 透過線上聊天與安全訊息服務國際及美國本地客戶 Handle inbound chats and secure messages from international and domestic clients
• 協助股票、ETF、共同基金與選擇權交易 Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options
• 處理一般帳戶服務問題 Handle general account servicing inquiries
• 主動以諮詢方式與客戶建立關係 Engage clients proactively and consultatively to build rapport

條件 Requirements

• 英文與普通話皆需達專業讀寫程度 Read and write at a professional level in English and Mandarin
• 持有 Series 7/63 執照，或可於到職 6 個月內考取 Active Series 7/63 or able to obtain within 6 months of start
• 能配合業務需求調整工作內容；線上服務時段為 CT 5:00am–10:59pm，目前晚班需求最高 Flexible shifts; chat lines open 5:00am–10:59pm CT, highest need for later shifts
• 具風險意識與解決問題能力 Risk awareness and problem-solving skills
• 1 年以上客服經驗優先 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
