工作內容 Responsibilities

• 服務國際（非美國居民）及美國本地客戶的帳戶與交易需求 Serve international and domestic clients with service and trading needs
• 協助股票、ETF、共同基金與選擇權交易及一般帳戶問題 Assist with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, options and account inquiries
• 為內部夥伴提供文件翻譯，並以外語服務客戶 Provide document translation for internal partners and serve clients in a foreign language
• 晚班及大夜班同時支援 Stock Plan Services Evening and overnight shifts also support Stock Plan Services

條件 Requirements

• 除英文外，必須能讀、寫、說普通話 In addition to English, must read, write and speak Mandarin
• 需持有 Series 7 與 63 執照，或在訓練期內考取 Series 7 & 63 required, or obtained within the allotted training time
• 良好口語與書面溝通能力 Effective verbal and written communication skills
• 能配合排定班表，尤其清晨班次 Able to follow an assigned schedule; flexibility for early shifts preferred
• 2 年以上客服經驗及金融相關學歷優先 2+ years of customer service experience and finance-related studies preferred
