工作內容 Responsibilities

• 為 1–5 年級學生小組提供每日中文增益教學 Teach daily Chinese enrichment to pull-out groups in grades 1–5
• 以 A/B 週輪流支援 Garland K5 與 Lancaster K5 兩校區 Support two campuses on an A/B week schedule
• 與其他教師合作訂定可衡量的學習目標 Work with other teachers on measurable learning objectives
• 記錄並分析學生資料以調整教學策略 Analyze student data to develop instructional strategies
• 協調 DoDEA WLARP 補助專案的進度、資源與報告 Coordinate DoDEA WLARP grant project activities, resources and reports

條件 Requirements

• 學士學位；碩士及德州教師證優先 Bachelor's degree; advanced degree and Texas teaching certificate preferred
• 中文（普通話）母語或達 Superior 程度 Native speaker of Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Superior level proficiency
• 至少 2 年 K-5 對外中文教學經驗（5 年以上優先）Minimum 2 years teaching Chinese as a second language at K-5 level (5+ preferred)
• 了解第二語言教學研究與美國 K-12 公立學校環境 Knowledge of second language teaching and U.S. K-12 public school settings
