工作內容 Responsibilities

• 支援日夜班生產營運，提供即時工程支援 Support day and night shift production with real-time engineering support
• 分析生產週期、人力運用與產線平衡 Analyze cycle time, manpower utilization and line balancing
• 排除產線異常，並與生產、品質、工程團隊推動製程改善 Troubleshoot line issues and drive process improvement with Production, Quality and Engineering
• 維護 SOP 文件，處理 MES 系統問題 Maintain SOPs and resolve MES system issues
• 確保作業符合安全與品質標準 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

條件 Requirements

• 工業工程、製造工程或相關科系學士 Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 0–3 年工業工程、製造或生產環境經驗（實習經驗佳）0–3 years of IE, manufacturing or production experience (internship preferred)
• 中英雙語：職稱註明需要普通話，內文列為優先 Bilingual English/Chinese: title says Mandarin required, description says preferred
• 熟悉 Excel、PowerPoint；具基本 AutoCAD、ERP/MES 知識佳 Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; basic AutoCAD and ERP/MES knowledge preferred
• 可配合生產需求支援不同班別 Flexible to support different shifts
