The 16th annual Festival at the Switchyard in Historic Downtown Carrollton — FREE admission, FREE parking, FREE rides, FREE games and FREE concerts. Headliners Toad the Wet Sprocket with openers Eve 6 and Wheatus, plus 100+ food and craft vendors. Rain or shine; parking is limited, ride DART Green or Silver Line to Downtown Carrollton Station.
