工作內容 Responsibilities

• 負責應付／應收帳款、總帳、固定資產及薪資分錄，依 U.S. GAAP 完成月結、季結與年結並編製財務報表 Manage AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and payroll entries; complete closes and financial statements under U.S. GAAP
• 維護 BOM 與標準成本，分析成本差異，督導盤點 Maintain BOMs and standard costing, analyze variances, oversee inventory counts
• 監控每日現金與每週現金流預測，與外部 CPA 協調稅務申報 Monitor cash and weekly forecasts; coordinate tax filings with external CPAs
• 每月以中文向中國總部提交管理報告，處理集團報表與關聯交易 Deliver monthly management reports to China HQ in Mandarin; handle group reporting and intercompany transactions
• 維護 ERP 資料正確性並落實內控與 SOP Maintain ERP data accuracy and enforce internal controls and SOPs

條件 Requirements

• 需流利英文及普通話（書寫及口語）Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) required
• 會計／財務學士學位，3 年以上會計經驗，具製造業成本會計與存貨實務經驗 Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 3+ years of accounting experience with hands-on manufacturing cost accounting and inventory
• 精通 U.S. GAAP、製造業 ERP（SAP、QuickBooks 等）及進階 Excel Strong U.S. GAAP, manufacturing ERP and advanced Excel skills
• CPA／CMA 者佳 CPA/CMA is a plus
• 能獨立負責工廠現場財務工作 Comfortable owning the on-site finance function independently
