工作內容 Responsibilities

• 處理客戶信用卡收單服務申請並輸入管理系統 Process client applications for credit card processing services
• 回應客戶問題與需求並提供解決方案 Respond to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• 協助管理合作夥伴通路，聯繫商家、合作夥伴、業務與客服團隊 Help manage the Partner channel and liaise between merchants, affiliates, sales and client support
• 記錄客戶往來、詢問與處理情形 Keep records of client interactions and actions taken
• 協助處理終端機硬體的技術問題 Provide technical assistance for terminal hardware issues

條件 Requirements

• 需流利普通話，並具中文讀寫能力 Fluent Mandarin-Chinese required, including reading and writing
• 錄取時須具美國工作資格（E-Verify 雇主）Must be authorized to work in the US at time of hire (E-Verify employer)
• 商管、傳播、經濟等相關科系學士學位者佳 Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics or related field is a plus
• 溝通能力佳、注重細節、具分析能力 Strong communication, detail-oriented, analytical
• 熟悉 Excel 與 Word Proficient with Excel and Word
