工作內容 Responsibilities

• 開發 DFW 地區新客戶與業務機會 Identify and develop new business across the Dallas–Fort Worth market
• 建立並維繫與建商、總承包商、開發商、建築師及屋主的關係 Build relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, architects and homeowners
• 獨立負責完整銷售流程：開發、拜訪、簡報、報價、議價到成交 Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• 拜訪客戶、工地會議及展示間簡報 Conduct customer visits, project site meetings and showroom presentations
• 與內部團隊及海外供應商協調客戶需求 Coordinate requirements with internal teams and overseas suppliers

條件 Requirements

• 需具備專業流利的英文及普通話（聽說讀寫）Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• 能獨立開發客戶並成交 Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales independently
• 有外勤業務、業務開發或 B2B 銷售經驗者佳 Outside sales, business development or B2B sales experience preferred
• 門窗、營建、建材相關經驗優先 Windows, doors, construction or building materials experience highly preferred
• 能在當地外出拜訪客戶與工地 Able to travel locally for customer meetings and project visits
