💼 全職 Full-time | 💰 $23–$25/小時 per hour

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 在 ERP 系統處理每日客戶訂單，回覆電話及 Email 詢問 Process daily customer orders in the ERP and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• 維護 Amazon、Walmart、eBay 及官網商品刊登與價格庫存 Maintain Amazon, Walmart, eBay and website listings, pricing and inventory
• 揀貨、包裝、出貨，協調 USPS、UPS、FedEx Pick, pack and ship orders; coordinate with USPS, UPS and FedEx
• 收貨驗貨、整理庫存、盤點 Receive and inspect shipments, organize inventory and perform stock counts

條件 Requirements

• 中英雙語（普通話）加分 Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• 高中或 GED 學歷 High school diploma or GED
• 基本電腦能力，熟悉 Excel 或 Google Sheets 優先 Basic computer skills; Excel or Google Sheets preferred
• 有 ERP 或訂單系統經驗加分 ERP or order management system experience a plus
• 能在倉庫環境工作，久站、走動；有駕照優先 Able to work in a warehouse with extended standing and walking; driver's license preferred
