工作內容 Responsibilities

• 帶領並輔導 10–12 位財富顧問及助理財富顧問 Coach and counsel a team of 10–12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors
• 帶領 Schwab Wealth Advisory 國際團隊 Lead the international team within Schwab Wealth Advisory
• 協助團隊拓展並服務客戶群 Help the team grow and support its client base
• 執行主管職責範圍內的法遵工作 Complete the compliance duties of the position

條件 Requirements

• 必須流利普通話，粵語流利者強烈優先 Fluent Mandarin required; fluent Cantonese strongly preferred
• 學士學位 Bachelor's degree required
• 須持有效 FINRA Series 7；Series 66、9/10 亦為必要（可考慮 120 天內取得）Active FINRA Series 7 required; Series 66 and 9/10 required (120-day COE may be considered)
• 須具 CFP 或 CFA（可考慮 18 個月內取得）CFP or CFA required (18-month COE may be considered)
• 5 年以上金融服務業經驗，2 年以上管理經驗強烈優先 5+ years in financial services; 2+ years of supervisory experience strongly preferred
