中英雙語分揀中心副倉長 Deputy Hub Warehouse Manager (Mandarin/English) | Gofo

💼 全職 Full-time | 💰 $75,000–$95,000/年 per year

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 管理分揀中心日常營運，統籌收貨、分揀與卡車中轉 Manage daily sortation warehouse operations: receiving, sorting and truck transfer/loading
• 負責團隊招聘、培訓與績效考核 Recruit, train and evaluate the team
• 負責叉車、貨架等設備保養與倉庫安全管理 Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse safety
• 制定並監控倉庫成本預算，推動績效改善 Manage the warehouse cost budget and drive performance improvements
• 協調內部團隊、供應商與承運商，處理客戶回饋 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and carriers; handle customer feedback

條件 Requirements

• 需具備普通話與英文能力 Mandarin and English required
• 本科以上學歷，物流／供應鏈／倉儲管理相關專業優先 Bachelor's degree or above; logistics, supply chain or warehousing major preferred
• 3 年以上分揀中心或倉庫管理經驗 3+ years of sortation center or warehouse management experience
• 熟練使用 WMS 及 Excel、Word、PowerPoint Proficient in WMS and Office software
• 可接受早晚輪班（約 6AM–2:30PM、4:30PM–1AM）並現場上班；須具美國合法工作資格 Available for day/evening rotating shifts on site; must be legally authorized to work in the US
