💼 全職 Full-time（每週 5 天進辦公室 On-site 5 days）| 💰 $91,516 – $128,380 / 年 year

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 為資料中心進行水冷散熱方案概念設計 Conceptual design of water-cooling thermal solutions for data centers
• 與工程師、供應商合作設計測試治具與原型 Plan, design and build test fixtures and prototypes with engineers and vendors
• 進行 1D 流體網路模擬及 3D CFD 模擬 1D flow-network modeling and 3D CFD simulations for CDUs and cooling loops
• 設計測試程序並撰寫 P&ID 等文件 Design test procedures and documentation such as P&ID
• 負責子系統及系統層級熱效能評估與優化 Subsystem- and system-level thermal performance evaluation and optimization

條件 Requirements

• 機械／電機相關碩士或博士學位 Master's or PhD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5 年以上工業建築或資料中心 HVAC 系統設計經驗 5+ years designing HVAC systems for industrial buildings and/or data centers
• 熟悉 AutoCAD、SolidWorks、CFD 及熱分析軟體 Proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CFD and thermal analysis software
• 英文口語及書寫優秀 Excellent English communication
• 能以粵語及／或普通話會話者加分 Conversational Cantonese and/or Mandarin an asset（需與香港團隊合作 work closely with the Hong Kong team）
