工作內容 Responsibilities
- 為使用者提供桌面及技術支援 Provide desktop and technical support to end users
- 排除硬體、軟體及 Windows 問題 Troubleshoot hardware, software and Windows issues
- 支援筆電、桌機、印表機等 IT 設備 Support laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment
- 協助處理 Microsoft Office 365 及基本網路連線問題 Assist with Microsoft Office 365 and basic network connectivity issues
條件 Requirements
- 必須精通中文 Must be proficient in the Chinese language
- 具桌面支援或 IT 服務台經驗者優先 Basic desktop support or IT helpdesk experience preferred
- 歡迎初階人選 Junior-level candidates welcome
- 需到 Frisco 現場上班 In person in Frisco, TX
