工作內容 Responsibilities

制定並執行物流供應商管理策略，負責供應商遴選、導入與關係管理 Develop vendor management strategy; own logistics vendor selection, onboarding and relationships
主導運費、合約條款與 SLA 談判 Lead negotiations on freight rates, commercial terms and SLAs
建立並追蹤供應商 KPI，主持季度業務檢討 Set and monitor vendor KPIs; lead quarterly business reviews
分析運費支出與成本結構，找出降本機會 Analyze freight spend and cost drivers to find savings

條件 Requirements

7 年以上供應商管理、物流、運輸或採購相關經驗 7+ years in vendor management, logistics, transportation or procurement
具物流／運輸供應商費率與合約談判經驗 Experience negotiating rates and contracts with logistics providers
強財務分析與溝通協調能力 Strong financial analysis, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
具中英雙語（普通話）能力者加分 Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
