工作內容 Responsibilities

• 開發、驗證並優化 SMT 後段製程（三防塗佈、點膠、灌封、機構組裝、Box Build、分板、DIP 等） Develop, validate and optimize backend processes after SMT (conformal coating, dispensing, potting, mechanical assembly, box build, depaneling, DIP, etc.)
• 定義製程參數、治具與作業流程，排除生產問題 Define process parameters, fixtures and sequences; troubleshoot production issues
• 支援 NPI、試產及量產導入，提供 DFM/DFA 建議 Support NPI, pilot builds and launches; provide DFM/DFA recommendations
• 參與 PFMEA、管制計畫、根因分析與矯正措施 Participate in PFMEA, Control Plans, root-cause and corrective actions

條件 Requirements

• 5 年以上電子製造／後段製程／機構組裝相關經驗，EMS 經驗尤佳 5+ years in electronics/backend manufacturing or mechanical assembly; EMS experience strongly preferred
• 製造、機械、工業工程或相關科系副學士或學士 Associate or Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related
• 能閱讀工程圖、組裝圖及 BOM Able to read engineering drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs
• 中英雙語（普通話）優先 Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
