工作內容 Responsibilities

• 主導 USDA FSIS、FDA、德州 DSHS 法規合規計畫 Lead regulatory compliance programs for USDA FSIS, FDA and Texas DSHS
• 協助工廠取得 USDA FSIS 檢驗許可 Prepare the facility for USDA FSIS Grant of Inspection
• 建立並維護 HACCP、食品安全計畫、GMP、SSOP 等制度 Develop and maintain HACCP, Food Safety Plan, GMP, SSOP and related programs
• 主導政府、第三方及客戶稽核 Lead USDA, FDA, Texas DSHS, third-party and customer audits
• 培訓員工 GMP、HACCP 與食品安全 Train employees on GMP, HACCP and food safety

條件 Requirements

• 需會普通話（職稱註明 Mandarin Required）Mandarin required (per job title)
• 食品科學、微生物、營養等相關學士學位 Bachelor's in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition or related field
• 至少 5 年食品製造品保／食安經驗，含 3 年以上管理經驗 5+ years food manufacturing QA/food safety, incl. 3+ years supervisory/management
• 熟悉 HACCP、FDA FSMA 與食品製造法規 Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA FSMA and food manufacturing regulations
• 英文溝通能力佳 Excellent English communication skills
