工作內容 Responsibilities

• 制定並維護產品與製程品質標準、檢驗標準與作業指導書 Establish and maintain product/process quality standards, inspection criteria and work instructions
• 支援進料與供應商品質、製程稽核及成品出貨檢驗 Support incoming/supplier quality, process audits, and in-process/final inspection
• 主導或支援根因分析、失效分析與 8D 矯正預防措施 Lead or support root cause/failure analysis and corrective actions (5 Whys, 8D, PDCA)
• 處理客訴與 RMA，追蹤品質 KPI 並提出改善 Handle customer complaints and RMAs; monitor and report quality KPIs
• 與台灣及亞太團隊協調，需不定期參加晚間會議 Coordinate with Taiwan/APAC teams, including periodic evening meetings

條件 Requirements

• 工程、品管、電子、機械、工工或相關學士學位 Bachelor's in Engineering, Quality, Electronics, ME, IE or related
• 1–3 年電子／電源等製造業品保、品管或相關經驗 1–3 years of QA/QC or related experience in electronics, power or related manufacturing
• 熟悉 ISO 9001、RCA、8D、FMEA、SPC 等工具 Working knowledge of ISO 9001, RCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, control plans
• 具中文（普通話）溝通能力者優先，需頻繁與亞太團隊及客戶互動 Mandarin communication skills preferred due to frequent interaction with APAC teams and customers
• 可配合偶爾出差 Willing to travel occasionally
