💼 全職 Full-time（混合辦公，必要時出差至 Houston 資料中心 Hybrid, travel to Houston data center as needed）| 💰 $75,000–$110,000/年 per year

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 帶領並指導服務支援工程師團隊 Lead and mentor a team of service support engineers
• 負責資料中心伺服器 L1.5–L2 技術支援，擔任複雜問題升級窗口 Oversee L1.5–L2 technical support on datacenter server products as the escalation point
• 管理 RMA 申請、退回產品維修測試與韌體更新 Manage RMA requests, repair/testing of returned products and firmware updates
• 擔任客戶與工程團隊的窗口，提供解決方案與根因分析 Act as liaison between customers and engineering for timely resolutions and RCA
• 規劃客戶及第三方維修培訓，維護 SOP 等服務文件 Develop training programs and maintain service documentation and SOPs

條件 Requirements

• 電機、資工或相關學士學位，或同等經驗 Bachelor's in EE, CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 年以上客戶端技術支援經驗，其中至少 2 年管理經驗 5+ years in customer-facing technical support, incl. 2+ years in leadership
• 深入了解 x86 伺服器、BMC、BIOS，熟悉 Linux In-depth knowledge of x86 servers, BMC, BIOS; familiar with Linux
• 需具專業程度的英文與中文（普通話）聽說讀寫能力 Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
• 可配合出差，比例至多 15% Willing to travel up to 15%
