中英雙語收發貨專員 Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Chinese/English) | C&Y Global

💼 全職 Full-time（週一至週五 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri）| 💰 $45K–$70K/年 per year (DOE)

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 秤重並記錄所有進倉物料，將重量、描述與照片輸入公司資料庫 Weigh and record inbound material; enter weight, description and photos into the company database
• 產生並寄送供應商結算單，與會計協調付款 Generate and send supplier settlements; coordinate supplier payments with accounting
• 與供應商溝通進貨事宜並回應問題 Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments and answer their concerns
• 規劃貨櫃、執行品管，製作裝箱單與發票 Plan containers, do quality control, complete packing lists and invoices
• 與海外出貨團隊溝通出口貨物，協助物流安排 Communicate with the overseas shipping team and assist logistics on outbound shipments

條件 Requirements

• 學士或大專學歷 Bachelor's or college degree
• 需中英雙語 Bilingual in Chinese + English required
• 資料輸入精確、注重細節 Proficient, accurate data entry; detail-oriented
• 熟練 Microsoft Office，溝通能力佳 Advanced Microsoft Office skills; excellent communication
• 需接受藥檢與背景調查 Must pass a drug test and background check
