工作內容 Responsibilities
- 用中文帶 0–3 歲親子遊戲學習課程 Play With Me Lead weekly parent-child playful learning classes in Mandarin (ages 0–3)
- 做兒童發展篩檢 Grow With Me Conduct developmental screenings
- 招募、培訓並帶領學生助理 Recruit, train & oversee student assistants
- 把家長通知和研究資料翻成中文 Translate parent communications into Mandarin
- 追蹤電話回訪、資料輸入 Follow-up calls & data entry
條件 Requirements
- 高中以上學歷 High school diploma or equivalent
- 兒童發展、幼教、心理相關學位優先 Degree in child development / ECE / psychology preferred
- 中英雙語 Bilingual English & Mandarin
- 有嬰幼兒或家庭相關工作經驗 Experience with infants/toddlers & families
- 需在 DFW 區內移動 Travel within DFW required
