中英雙語客服理賠專員 Customer Service & Claims Specialist (English/Chinese) | Blue Ocean

💼 全職 Full-time，週一至週五 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM｜💰 $19–22/hr

工作內容 Responsibilities

• 處理客戶郵件、訊息和客服工單 Manage client emails, messages & tickets
• 協助客戶追蹤貨件和訂單狀態 Help clients with shipment tracking & order status
• 聯繫電子產品廠商辦理保固 Open & follow up warranty cases with manufacturers
• 與內部維修、測試團隊協調 Coordinate with internal repair & testing teams

條件 Requirements

• 需中英雙語 Bilingual English & Chinese required
• 有客服經驗 Customer service experience
• 了解電腦、遊戲機等硬體及保固流程 Knowledge of PC/console hardware & warranty process
• 細心、能同時處理多項任務 Detail-oriented, good at multitasking
