Celebrate culture and remembrance at the 7th annual Dallas Dia de los Muertos Parade & Festival. The evening features a vibrant parade with elaborate costumes, live music, arts and crafts, food concessions and special recognition of respected Dallas leaders. Free admission; guests are welcome in traditional attire. (Parade steps off at 7:00 PM.)
